Room for rent for professional person

Single room available for a professional person in my 5 bedroom house. I live 5 mins from the railway station, 10 mins walk to Dorking town centre with the local park nearby. We have cats and dogs (dogs kennelled outside) and my home has a happy friendly atmosphere. I expect the room to be cared for and kept clean and tidy and no smoking is permitted in or outside my house. The room has a TV, internet access, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and ample storage space. I have a large kitchen with access to fridge, microwave, hob and cooker.
