Self contained bedsit in quiet road

A small self contained bedsit with its own entrance. It would suit someone who is fed up with sharing and is looking for somewhere quiet with a lot of privacy as we hardly ever see our lodger. We are looking for someone that is fairly quiet particularly after 11pm.
The accommodation is a small room of approx 14ft x 7ft, with a single bed and furniture. There is a microwave and 2 electric rings in the room.
Adjoining is a lobby space with a sink and fridge/freezer, access to the shower room (shower/loo & hand basin) Only the loo in the shower room is used by us and that is very occasionally.(Approx once a month) We do sometimes need access to the lobby as our boiler is located here.
No restrictions on street parking (just consideration of neighbours) in this quiet cul-de-sac.
The property backs onto the beautiful countryside of the Nower, but is only 15 mins walk into Dorking and less than 30 mins walk to Dorking Station.
There is no laundrette in Dorking so I normally do washing for £2 per load on a set day.
We have been letting this bedsit for over 23 years and although small, if it is the right place for them, people have stayed between 18 months and 3 years.
