We have a spare double bedroom available. The location is very convenient for commuters to central London. It is a 5 minute walk to East Croydon station and from there to London Bridge is 12 minutes and to Victoria is 17 minutes.
The room is a very good size and is furnished with a wardrobe and double bed. The room has central heating and plenty of light through large bay windows. You would benefit from two shared kitchens and a shared living/dining room/bathroom.
We are looking for a working person who being quiet and friendly will fit in well with everybody living here.
