You would be sharing wit us a family of 4. We have 2 sons, 14 year old and a 8 year old,! We do have a sleepy cat although she would not come into your room! Within 2 minutes walk from our property is a cluster of local shops, with a Co-op supermarket, Sainsbury's local, a good butcher and greengrocer, a hardware shop, NatWest bank, Post office etc., also there are good cafes, pubs, and take away all nearby.

Addiscombe, Croydon is a quiet, respectable area it is situated 10 miles (16 km) south of Charing Cross. It is well-served by public transport and high proportion of people commute to central London from Addiscombe, owing to its proximity to the busy East Croydon station, with its fast trains to London. Direct trains to London Bridge (13 mins), Victoria (15mins) & Gatwick (10mins), London St. Pancras (32Mins) and Brighton (35 mins). The M25 is about 20 mins drive away.

From our property to East Croydon station takes 5 mins on regular Trams that stops at the end of our road ( approx. 2 mins walk). It is also possible to walk in approximately 15-20 minute. On street parking available outside our property.
