We are offering 2 double bay window bedrooms in a three bedroom house. We want to rent them together. This is an optimal choice for a professional couple or 2 friends living together.

Two double bay window bedrooms are located on the ground and the first floor of the property, are lockable by key, with wardrobes and beds included.

The house has been recently redecorated, with open plan kitchen-dining-living space, bathroom and a study. This is a three bedroom house but the third room is not for renting and it serves as storage of items owned by the landlord, who doesn't live on the premises. All floors in the house are original wooden floors. The house is furnished, with double-glazing and gas central heating.

The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The dining/living area contains a large dining table, 4 chairs and a two-seater leather sofa.
