Beautiful double room, all bills inc

Thanks for the interest in our place. We live in a house converted into flats. Very close to East Croydon and tramlines/buses. Also a beautiful big park at the end of the road.

The room is a nice size and very quiet. It has a shower and toilet adjacent to the room. Its furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

All bills are included. This also includes a cleaner once a week and a full sky television package in the room and main living room. The flat has 2 bathrooms, a large kicthen adjoining the living room. We also have a small spareroom for vistors/family when they want to stay over. The kitchen has all the amenities ie washing machine and dishwasher.

My name is Glenn i am a live in landlord and the other tenants is male and female. Were very friendly and hospitable. We keep the place very clean and tidy. We often socialise together whether that be out to a bar or at home watching a movie.

We are after a roommate who fun and who wants to live in a nice clean and tidy place.

Weve been renting rooms here for 7 years and all of our tenanrts have enjoyed living here as it feels like a home rather than just renting a room.
