Spacious clean double room in friendly home

We are a friendly household looking for someone clean and tidy minded to rent our spare double room.
It is a very large clean room within a spacious house, with a large bright and airy kitchen, seperate cosy communal front room with large TV, including Virgin, sky movies, netflix, prime and sky sports and a modern bathroom.

The room is a very large double with a king size bed, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and large dressing up space.

High speed internet (200MB) is also provided, as well as ALL bills included. The bathroom and kitchen is always kept clean and tidy. (We all clean after ourselves but we have a cleaner every fortnight for the kitchen and bathroom).
The property is situated on a nice and quite road in the East Croydon area. Local shops and transport are a stones throw away. For commuters there is a short 6 min walk to the East Croydon station with its excellent regular links to London Victoria, London Bridge, Clapham, Brighton, Gatwick. There is also the tram which provides access to Wimbledon.

We are very friendly professionals, who like relaxing in the evening, as we all work hard but we respect each others space as well as spend time together. The house definitely more of a home than just a simple flat share.
