Lovely room, great flat, 5 mins from East Croydon

Hi,

I have a nice double room available in a 2 bed room 2nd floor flat in Croydon (opposite Sandilands tram stop) it's a short 5 minute walk to East Croydon station or even quicker by bus or tram (right outside the flat).

The flat is part of a lovely block of flats which are really well looked after, the residents are friendly and it's a very quiet place, the room is particularly quiet as it's away from the road.

**There is a garage too which you will have access to**

The room is carpeted with bed and bedding, a brand new chest of draws and a lovely oak wardrobe.

The flat has a large living room with widescreen tv, dining table, fireplace and 2 comfortable leather sofas! The kitchen & bathrooms are both modestly sized but are well decorated, clean and tidy.

The flat is in a separate block of 3 flats with us being at the top, it's nice because you feel like you have your own space but still have the safety of being in a secure block of flats.

You'll be sharing with me and my girlfriend, I work full-time in Recruitment and play a lot of football so am out a lot, my girlfriend works in Selfridges and is a full time student so is also out a lot! We lead fairly busy lives out and about so the flat is somewhere to relax! We are both clean and tidy (not obsessively so!)

Really we are just looking for someone normal (whatever that is) down to earth and laid back, everything is here for you to share with us, just someone that we can get along with if we happen to be around at the same time.
