Altitude 25 is a modern building consisting of 196 apartments situated within a 2 minute walking distance from East Croydon station. It is a stones throw away from the new to be built ‘Westfield’ shopping centre which will offer a vast array of shopping and leisure facilities.
The building itself is made up of 25 floors offering great views across London and includes a concierge service. The apartment has been finished to a high spec with 2 large bathrooms, a modern designer kitchen, full under floor heating and a state of the art ‘control 4’ wireless multi room home entertainments system. There is a large open plan Kitchen living area with wall mounted flat screen T. V and speakers fitted in the ceiling. I am a social friendly person and being a musician i don't work the standard 9-5. I like to go out at the weekend but tend to stay in during the week. I also occaisionly have friends over but am always respectful of others.
