Room to rent in beautiful new apartment

We have a room to rent in a beautifully sized, well located apartment.

Ideally we are looking for a young professional to rent the room, but we are also open to young couples.

We are a 7 minute walk away from both East and West Croydon train stations. East Croydon is a 9 minute train journey away from Clapham Junction and 14 minutes from both Victoria and London Bridge. Croydon is also perfect for those that may commute south.

The flat has a huge open plan living / dining room with a beautiful, new kitchen. As it is a new building, the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern and there is wooden flooring throughout.

Your double bedroom has an en-suite and a large built in wardrobe. The bedroom is unfurnished.

You would be sharing with a young professional couple aged 25 & 26. I (Mitch) work in Media and Advertising and Harriet is an Architectural Assistant.

Rent is £700 a month for the room and includes some bills. We will also need a deposit - 4 weeks rent.
