We are looking to rent out our spare bedroom available in a modern flat. Located about 6 minutes’ walk from East Croydon station, which provides fast trains into London (13 mins to London Bridge, 18 mins to London Victoria) and about 5 minutes’ walk to West Croydon station.

The flat is on the fourth floor of a very secure gated complex, which has lifts and the flat has just been renovated with brand new carpets, paint and new bathrooms.

Ideally we are looking for a clean and tidy working professional. We would prefer someone who doesn’t cook meat or seafood in the flat, who doesn’t smoke or have pets.

The room itself is quite spacious and modern. It contains a double bed with drawers, large wardrobes, desk. You will have your own large newly renovated bathroom with electric shower. The kitchen is shared with us and you will be given space for your things as well as space in the fridge and freezer.

The building also offers a gym and sauna which can be used free of charge 24 hours a day.

Broadband is provided and rent will include bills.

Rent: £700 All Inc.

Deposit: £700 based on checks, etc

References required.

Contract: Standard 6 months with a view to extend

Move in date: End of September
