Double Room in Spacious East Croydon House

Smallish Double Room in large 5 bedroom End of Terrace House in East Croydon.

The room is on the second floor of a 5 bedroom house. There are 3 bathroom/shower rooms in the house 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs), a large modern kitchen, and shared dining/living room. The house has been recently renovated. The room has a view over the backdoor garden. The house has new gas central heating, 2 washing machines, microwave, fiber-optic broadband wifi,

The house is owned by myself a 51 year old white, educated English gentleman. I generally spend less than 20% of my time in the UK. The other occupants are a Spanish girl and a Bulgarian girl. There is also a larger downstairs room which my becoem available later in the month.

The house is well situated for those working either in Croydon, or South or Central London. East Croydon station is 12 minutes walks away. Though Croydon is in Zone 5 it has trains every 5 or 10 minutes running to London Victoria and London Bridge stopping at only Clapham Junction or Norwood Junction respectively (journey time approx 15 minutes). The returning trains run frequently until around 1am then just two trains per hour on the Gatwick route running all night from London Victoria.

I am looking for a female housemate probably mid 20s to mid 30s, who is easy going, friendly, clean and responsible. The house is fairly quiet as the lodgers are usually out working and I'm often travelling outside the UK, it's not a party house but people are friendly and pretty relaxed. The large garden is currently untended so if you happen to enjoy gardening that would be a plus there is also a large patio area. Strictly no smoking, couples, DSS etc.
