Short term Spacious Furnished Double Room

Hello I am looking preferably a female to share my home. Spacious, period feature flat with a separate kitchen and shared bathroom. My home is on a quiet street and a few mins walk from East Croydon Station. Excellent transport links 20 mins to Victoria, 13 in to London Bridge and direct links to Blackfriars, St Pauls and Farringdon and Gatwick.

Please note i have just redecorated the bedrooms, so you have a lovely new room that's light and airy.

I am decent, professional female that keeps the house clean and expect to have someone who will respect the space, be clean and tidy up after themselves. The main requirements in a house mate is no pork to be brought in the house and guests staying will need to be consulted by me first . I am not looking for someone who will be consistently bringing guests over or have lots of parties. I have a busy job and would like someone who is not too noisy to share my home.

Shared space of kitchen and bathroom. The flat is split over three floors so plenty of space for privacy.

I am very friendly, social and enjoy looking after my house, gardening and meeting my friends. happy to have someone to share occasional dinners, drinks and company.

Will Consider Mon-Fri lets, as well as short term let's, contact me direct to discuss rent agreement. Parking additional £60 per month. Happy to discuss further and give more details.

All bills included except gas and electricity which will be shared per month as charged.
