Very comfortable and spacious Double room

Hi everyone who search for a peaceful and comfy double room. The room is fully furnished and has a double bed. All bills included. I'm currently looking for someone friendly and open minded to share my space with. If you are looking for a place where you can feel truly at home, you are on the right path. The room is quiet as it's located on the side of the garden. There's a small garden if you like to relax on the fresh air on the less rainy days. The flat it's only 3 minutes away by tram or 10 minutes walk from East Croydon station. I am a 25 yo female, very open mined and easy going person. Its only me who lives in the flat. I also have a cat :) .Hope to hear from you :) ps I can consider two persons in the room.
