Double room 10 min walk from East Croydon station

Hi There!

I am just in the process of completing the purchase of this lovely warm 2 bed flat which is on the top floor of a Victorian converted house.

Great location with the local shops of Lower Addiscombe Rd just moments away, and then the station a few minutes further on.

I'm afraid I don't have any great pictures currently, but will be in the property on the 26th January so can take some then if need be.

Good sized lounge, modern kitchen/bathroom.

I will be getting a new 4K ultra TV, Virgin broadband and TiVo. I was intending on putting a new double bed/mattress in the room for rent but no problem if you would prefer your own, also a wardrobe with drawers underneath and a bedside table/dressing table.

I travel abroad a lot so there will be spells when you will have the place to yourself.

I have 1 car parking space, which can be discussed if needed.

Smoking outside is fine, I prefer not in the flat.
