Single room in clean and pleasant family flat.

We have a single furnished room available to let in our clean, attractive and comfortable flat. We are a couple with a young girl toddler who is very well behaved and no trouble day or night . The flat is on the second floor of a purpose built block, excellently situated for transport being 5 mins walk from Blackhorse lane tram stop. There is a nice mixed range of shops and cafes close by on lower Addiscombe road and we are in a very safe and pleasant environment. The room is on the smaller side(5'9" by 11'), would suit someone with not too many belongings but you will have shared used of the large living room, kitchen and bathroom and there is internet access and TV in the house which can be shared. Rent is inclusive of bills. The room is available now. Phone/text for quickest response but mail is ok. Thanks. Mike
