My flatmate is moving away for work so I'm looking to replace her from the 24th of August. I'm looking for a new flatmate, minimum share 6 months.

The flat is a 10 min walk from East Croydon Stn, where there are several shops including a Box Park. The flat is on a quiet street, has a balcony and garage for storage & parking. The flat is fully furnished but you would need to get your own cloths storage.

Total to pay is £575 pcm bills included.

Price breakdown pcm:
- Rent £460 (smaller double bedroom)
- Council tax £56 (approx)
- Electricity £30 (approx)
- Water £11 (approx)
- Broadband £12
- TV licence £6

Deposits is £500. The letting agent will charge £75 for your admin fees and checks.

There are frequent fast trains from East Croydon to, Clapham Junction, London Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars and many others to surrounding areas including Gatwick airport (all journey times 15 to 20 min). There is also a tram line that goes to Wimbledon (IKEA and other shops on the way).
