Wifi and Smart freeview TV including Netflix, BBC Iplayer etc. It has it's own toilet, shower room and fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. The studio is totally separate from the house, overlooking the garden with a separate side entrance in a lovely tree lined road in Molesey. 20/25 minutes walk to Hampton Court Station, the River Thames, close to East Molesey and Hampton Court shops, pubs, bars and restaurants. Steet Parking Available. Near bus route and trains into Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and Waterloo from Hampton Court and a short drive to Esher and Hersham. There is a ‘pay as you go’ gym and sports centre and two swimming pools within 5 minutes drive plus lovely walking, running and cycling along the River Thames, Bushy Park and Hampton Court. All bills are included. The studio has storage and towels and bedding can be provided if required. Occasional weekend use would be available by prior arrangement and there would an extra charge for this. I look forward to welcoming you.
