The landlady is looking for 2 respectable housemates who will treat the property like a home. She is very nice and will help with any problems and will not interfere at all.

New tenants MUST be professionals & have 2 valid references on request.

Deposit is just under 6 weeks rent up front so 1500 so 750 each if two tenants.

Rent is 1100 for whole flat. So between two 550 each. bills average out at less than 100 a month maximum and less In the summer months with smaller gas bills.
