Monday to Friday Lodger or Part-Time Lodger wanted

Monday Evening to Friday Morning Lodger or Part-Time Lodger / Shift-worker = £500pcm. (Inclusive of utility Bills, except Telephone/Landline).

(It would suit someone who needs somewhere really nice to stay during weekdays (eg. Monday Evening to Friday Morning).
or
It would also suit someone who does shift work. (Like myself).
But, basically, I don't want a full-time Lodger.

You will be sharing with just 1 person = Me (the Owner), in my beautiful detached Victorian House, located in a quiet 'No through road' on the boundaries of East & West Molesey.

It also includes :-
- Off-Street Parking (small to medium sized car).
- FREE Fibre Optic Broadband
- Utility Bills included (except Telephone/Landline).
&
- Shared use of high-end & bespoke Kitchen & Bathroom
- Shared use of Diningroom
- Shared use of a lovely pretty garden, with 2 sets of garden furniture & tables, etc.

& You would have the use of your own Leather Settee/seated area in the Diningroom, + also use of your own brand new Samsung Smart TV (up on the wall) with 8-day playback & Internet connection.

(& I have my own separate Sittingroom, + my own brand new Samsung Smart TV for my own personal use).

My House is in a quiet 'No through Road'. & Is located a 10 min. walk to Hampton Court Train Station & Palace, or a 5 min. bus ride (on the No. 411 Bus) - the Bus Stop is literally at the end of my road.

(I am also near to Kingston-upon-Thames (with the huge shopping centre), + Surbiton, Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Teddington, Twickenham, Esher, Cobham, etc.).

& It is approx. a 30 min. train journey into Central London.

My spare Double Bedroom overlooks my back garden, & is very quiet. It is furnished with a Double Bed, 2 Bedside Cabinets & 2 Bedside Lamps, a Triple Wardrobe with built-in Mirror.
(& It also has a brand new double-glazed Victorian Sash Window, + also white wooden shutters).

As my Job involves travelling abroad a fair bit, you will get my house to yourself a fair bit, + your own space & privacy.

& Although I am a friendly & bubbly person, because I am away a fair bit with my job, I do love coming home to my own lovely house & enjoying a bit of space & privacy, at times, as well - Hence, I didn't want a full-time Lodger.

So, I need someone who is a non-smoker, & someone who is responsible & trustworthy & can look after my house whilst I am away.

& As I am very clean & tidy, & I am very "house-proud", I need someone who is clean & tidy & respectful (like myself).

ps. I do have a gorgeous fluffy Pedigree 14-month old Kitten/Cat (who I adore!), & who is very friendly & she loves people. So, if you don't like cats or are allergic, it probably wouldn't suit you.
