Double bedroom available in a unique houseboat on a private island 10 minutes walk from Hampton Court station. My friend Cristina has been living with me for the last 18 months but is unfortunately having to move out as she is having an operation on her knee.
The boat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large kitchen and lounge areas but in the summer we spend most of our time on the awesome deck outside. There are also communal gardens and views down the river towards Hampton Court Palace.
The room itself is compact but cosy and has a large double bed and lots of storage. Bills will be £50 per month so the total cost will be £500 all-in with no extra charges or deposit.
