The house is situated in Langley vale village on Epsom downs 5min from Epsom center/station by car and about 20mins on foot. Has plenty of on road parking. Right on the edge of Epsom downs up next to the horse race track, very quiet and peaceful road.

Putting this advert up for my auntie, the house is a large family orientated home. Usually busy with a grandchildren visiting and a friendly atmosphere, the other spare rooms of the house are let out on short terms to exchange students etc.
The room that is available is the downstairs room of the bungalow (not underground, house is on a hill) with a staircase leading up to the kitchen so it is a little bit set away from the rest of the house so quieter.
