The room has a Laura Ashley daybed which can be a single or Superking size bed
Solid oak floors, freestanding bath & shower with traditional kitchen dishwasher, washing machine & microwave.

Private garden This is a warm "animal friendly" homely household.

NB **VIP 1 flatmate is allergic to curry so no cooking of these dishes
No couples ~single occupancy only
I ask that you clean up after yourself pay the rent on time and are concientious, honest, MINDFUL of your flat mates and RESPECTFUL of the property and like leopardskin!(last one optional).
