This room is ideally a Monday to Friday or part time let only due to the size. With the new ways of working, it could be ideal for someone commuting a couple of days a week who wants a comfortable and permanent base when away from home. In this case, the rent is negotiable.

Single room to rent in a house in a cul-de-sac for single occupancy only on a 'lodger' basis. This means you are renting one furnished room with reasonable access to the kitchen and bathroom and that visitors/partners etc can not stay the night unless in exceptional circumstances and with prior agreement.

Single ottoman style bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Use of the washing machine and iron/ironing board, broadband.

15/20 minute walk to Tolworth train station which provides travel to Waterloo and buses to Surbiton onwards. Similar distance to Chessington North which is on the same train line but easier to park there.

Good bus links to Kingston and Epsom.

Just down the road from the A3 and not too far from the M25.

There is on-street parking, and usually plenty of spaces available, although a space directly outside cannot be guaranteed.


Live-in landlords professional couple who enjoy cooking and quiet, undisturbed evenings in front of the tv. There is one very timid small cat and one other professional full-time lodger.

I am looking for someone to rent the room who is friendly, clean and has a good sense of humour, but is also unobtrusive and aware of personal space etc and will not bring any problems to the door. If that's you, please get in touch.

Broadband available and all bills included, although chipping in for necessities such as toilet paper, kitchen sundries everybody uses etc is expected.

You are expected to assist in ensuring shared areas are kept clean and to a standard acceptable for all who live in the property, as the other occupants do as it is not up to the main tenant to do all the cleaning of communal areas.
