10-15 minutes walk away from Epsom and Ewell West train station.
My room is an average size, single bed, furnished including a wardrobe and desk.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and conservatory (living space).
£350 a month, not including bills. Which are average £40 a month includes water, heating, electricity and internet
Available end of May till September.
May be able to stay longer.
