Local shops 5 minutes walk. Bus routes to Kingston/Epsom 5 minutes walk.
We are a friendly easy going family who will make you feel very welcome. we do not smoke in the house! Flatmate who goes to work and who is able to clear up after themselves. Viewing highly recommended to appreciate the accommodation. Possible couple but it will mean the rent will be increased. Rent is negotiable to the right person.
