I'm renting a double room in a brand new build 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. I have use of an en suite bathroom so you would have a whole bathroom to yourself - this bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.
The bedroom contains a brand new double storage bed (with a new matress with memory foam topper), 2 side tables with drawers and a built in wardrobe too.
The flat has a lovely living room/kitchen, with all brand new appliances-washing machine with dryer, cooker, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher.
As I have recently moved in, I haven't quite finished setting up the 2nd room so that's why there are no photos yet but please message me to come and view it! You're more than welcome to have a look.
I am a 28 year old professional teacher, looking to share with someone of similar age and interests. I'm easy going and enjoy socialising with friends, going to the gym occasionally and generally sitting in with a glass of wine in front of the tv.
The flat is located on Ruxley Lane, Ewell. There is a bus stop outside which takes you to Tolworth station in about 5 mins and to Kingston town centre in 12 mins. There is parking for one space but the roads all around are permit free.
