Buses to kingston outside. Nice walks in the area, easy access to Epsom centre and great for access to Leatherhead, people working for Atkins and teachers in local schools, this is perfect. 10 mins walk to Ewell station. Within zone 6 so can use oystercard.

Bills exclusive and are approx £50- £60 EACH per month depending on your usage.
Both rooms in upper part of Maisonette on second floor. The rooms are available now. I am prepared to wait for up to 2 weeks for the right tenants so please let me know if you have a commitment to another property. There are two great flatmates both female. Would be nice to get a balance of 2 males, 2 females but happy to have any combination.
