I have 1 large double room available to rent. Both rooms are fully furnished with lots of storage.
The property is in the most prestigious area of Epsom city centre, (seconds from UCA, 2 minutes to town centre 10 minutes to train station) viewings available now with room availability variable. Perfect setting, couldn't be closer to the Uni. You will also have shared access to a huge (and quite fancy!) living room and dining room and also very big (but more "workman like") kitchen, plus 2 bathrooms and a wonderful garden. Lastly there is a 4th smaller bedroom which we keep free so that if you need extra space for the occasional "big" project", have someone to stay for a little while, or need to dry a lot of clothes etc during bad weather then there is extra space other than just your room and shared areas. All bills included and we have BT Infinity (fastest Wi-Fi you can get in the area). You would be sharing the house with 3 other UCA students/young professionals.
