Bathroom is shared and room is within a 3 storied town house with a mature lady who respects privacy. There is a car parking space or room in shed for a bike.
Happy to accept if tenant goes home on Friday back Sunday/Monday.
I also have an indoor cat who is very friendly and he'll always try and escape
