Hi!
I'm looking for a female professional who is friendly, but lives quietly and considerately.
The Edwardian cottage is semi-detached and I like to keep it neat and tidy. It's a homely, creative and comfortable haven!
The private, ground-floor bathroom isn't ensuite, but has a shower, basin and loo for the sole use of the tenant. There's a basin and TV in the bedroom and a lot of storage space!
The cottage is in a quiet conservation area, right next to a vast area of common land which is great for walking and biking. 12 min walk to town centre shops and Epsom station, which goes directly into London (30 mins approx.) Tranquil living, but very accessible for London.
