Use of kitchen and bathroom (as already mentioned shared with a male) but no sitting room available.

15-20 mins walk from Stoneleigh or Tolworth train stations so would suit person with own transport.
Parking on the road.
Not suitable for shift workers.
Single occupancy only.
£430 per month all bills included.

Non-smokers only please .

There is one friendly resident dog so this would only really suit a dog friendly person.

References and a months deposit required.

4 points to stress

1. Must be dog friendly, must actually like dogs not just tolerate them
2. There is no off street parking but spaces in road are not a problem.
3. Must be a non smoker
4. Must have own transport
