Beautiful, large home with 1 double room and 1 large single room. Family homeowners looking to let out one of our rooms to a clean, friendly and quiet student or professional. We are a clean, fun family who respect our visitor's privacy. Stoneleigh station is a 5 minute walk. A large park is 7 minutes walk away. Buses taking you to Epsom, Kingston and Morden are short walks away. We have a drive with space for an extra car.
The bedroom has a large double bed, a writing desk and chair, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Our kitchen is large and looks out into the back garden. We have a friendly small dog who is not allowed upstairs therefore keeping our house clean.
We enjoy socialising and often have friends popping in. I am a teacher and my husband an IT professional. There is a utility room to do laundry (no dryer).
