These rooms are available to anyone I feel is suitable. This includes Lesbian, Trans, and Bi people. Im TG myself. This is a vanilla house, which is changing to the above, but my current lodgers need to be respected, and sometimes there are children here.
The rooms are all nice. The £375 is small, but the others are good sizes. There is a large kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. Nice garden too.
Epsom Town and BR station is 10mins walk. There is a park within 2 mins walk, and Epsom Hospital is 5 mins walk.
