My name is Pam and I have a lovely en-suite bedroom with your own living room for rent in my home. Preferred someone with a guaranteed income. I live just outside of Epsom town centre (20 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Bus stop up the road. There is a drive for car parking. Smoking only outside. My children aged 17 and 20 also live with me and Buster the soppy dog!! The kitchen is shared but not a problem when to use.
