Double room, penthouse apartment, London in 30mins

Hi,

I am being relocated abroad for work so unfortunately need to give up my perfect room :( !

Details as follows:-
- 4th Floor Penthouse with large private balcony
- Directly opposite Epsom Station (17 mins to Wimbledon, easy access to London/Guildford)
- Elevator access
- Fully furnished to a very high standard with all amenities (washer/dryer, iron, microwave etc)
- Second bedroom with almost new double bed, large wardrobe, large chest of drawers and mirror
- Family bathroom to yourself (with bath and decent shower) as the master bedroom has an en suite
- Amazing flatmate: female, young professional, tidy, fun , great cook, likes movies, fitness and all the usual stuff :) she is brilliant to live with and I am going to miss her tonnes!!!

We moved in last June and the apartment had not been lived in previously so everything is almost brand new.

There is a Pure gym and a Virgin Active close by, Co-op local in the building, Tesco Express across the road, Waitrose & M&S round the corner. The apartment is next to Epsom High Street with shops, restaurants etc. Easy access to central London and Guildford on the train.

Rent is £662. 50 + council tax (£87) + bills for Wi-Fi, Sky, phone line, water, council tax and electricity which come to around £80.

We have a parking space downstairs that is shared on an ad hoc basis but if you have a car then you can use the space full time for an additional £30 per month.

I am in the apartment this week for viewings, and my flatmate will be around from Sunday.
