Small double room in family home
we require someone for the spare room. We have two large dogs, so you must be ok with animals. We smoke.
We are 10 min walk from town centre and train station and 5 mins from hospital. We are very close to epsom common for those that like walking.
There are all the amenities you would expect in a family home like washing machine and tumble dryer.
The room also has its own sky box and there is access to the wifi.
Use of all rooms is expected, basically we just want someone to fit right into our existing routines :-) pets are more than welcome but bear in mind the size of my dogs!
My son is in finance and I work with young adults
