There is a Freeview TV in the room but can organise Sky HD sports and movies for an extra cost if desired. Free Unlimited Sky WiFi. Apart from the usual amenities, the shared kitchen includes washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and your own fridge. Off street CAR PARKING available on driveway. Lovely garden. Use of own bathroom which has a bath and separate power shower. I provide all bed linen and towels. The house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks which is included in rent. The property is a very close walk to Ewell West Station (Zone 6) and a 4-5 mins drive to Epsom Mainline Station (direct to Waterloo and Victoria Stations) and Ewell East Station (direct to Victoria Station). Very close to shops, pubs and local amenities with buses to Epsom, Surbiton and Kingston very close by. I am looking for a quiet professional who is clean and tidy. Non-smoker. I have 2 sleepy cats which if possible I would like you to feed for me when I go on holiday!
