Rent is payable in advance (can be paid monthly or weekly), and is fully inclusive of all bills. There are no hidden costs
I have a cat who lives in the downstairs of the house. She has no access into the shared hallway, so you may never see her but this still may not be suitable for anyone highly allergic.
