It is in a very quiet popular residential area in Epsom Downs, quiet road with street parking available, close to Asda in Burgh Heath 5 mins walk, and 15 mins walk from Tattenham Corner Station. There is also a leisure centre and some lovely pubs nearby. I am a professional female, clean, tidy and considerate and easygoing and looking to share with a similar person.
