The train station is within 5 mins walk and serves routes to Guildford and London. The bus stop is a short walk from the station serving routes to Roehampton via Kingston and Esher Town Centre. A3 is close by serving London and the M25.
You will need to provide a reference from your employer/last place you rented from. The room is available from 1 August 2013.
