Double Room in shared house in Hinchley Wood

This is a good size double room with an ensuite (wc, shower, sink)and fitted wardrobes. The house is detached and located in Hinchley Wood and is clean and quiet. There is off street parking, a shared garden, living area, kitchen and dining area. There is a downstairs wc and a shared bathroom upstairs. All bills are included as is unlimited broadband. The bus stop, train station and local shops are 3 minutes walk away. The train takes 25 minutes to get to Waterloo. There is strictly no smoking in the house and cleaning of the communal areas is the responsibility of all tenants. I would prefer a single occupant but would accept a couple for an increased rent of £5- per week. If rent is paid monthly it is £580pcm or £600pcm for a couple.
