Double room in friendly flat in Stoneleigh, Epsom
I have a double room to rent situated on Stoneleigh Broadway, Stoneleigh, Epsom. The room is newly decorated and is furnished. The flat is above the shops and is within a couple of minutes walk of Stoneleigh Station (Zone 5) which is on the Epsom line into London Waterloo. There are also bus routes into Epsom, North Cheam & Kingston within 10 minutes walk. Also easy access to the A3. There is off street parking behind the flat.
I am a friendly landlord and very relaxed but I do like the place kept reasonably clean. I'm looking for a friendly easy going flatmate. I am looking for individuals only, however if you have a partner that would like to stay occasionally that is fine.
I am usually very busy during the day and can not always answer the phone so please email or text first off.
