Double room with own bathroom. Will provide television if required. Bed linen provided but not towels. Shared kitchen and space in fridge and freezer available. There is usually parking available in private park car. Would prefer someone who does not have late nights as I am up early for work. It is a second floor purpose flat with no lift. Well kept property, clean and tidy. Laminated floors so high heels to be removed at door!!
10min walk to Ewell West or Stoneleigh stations, 20mins to Ewell East station. Bus stops for Epsom or Kingston 1 min.
