One Double furnished bedroom to rent in a two bed

Am a friendly female looking for a flat mate to share my two bed flat with. I Would preferred a single professional female or a student who is clean and tidy. Monthly rent of 600 including bills, internet and sky tv. (Would put the rent down to 500 if the Flatmate goes home at the weekends.)

It's a new build flat which is modern and clean. Furnished double large room with a new double bed, bedside table, 2 chest of draws and a built in wardrobe.

Flat is located on a small parade of shops and very close to Bus stops going in both directions to and from Epsom & Kingston on the 406 and 418. It is a 15 min walk to Tolworth Train station or two shops on the bus which has good links to Waterloo.

I am friendly and have lived with many people over the years so use to sharing. Am a nanny so I work long hours, If interested please call/text rather than email. (sorry but boyfriends can not stay)
