Mon-Fri double furnished room grnd fl maisonette

Hi, I have a good-sized furnished double room available Monday to Friday in my ground floor maisonette in West Ewell to share with just myself. It is a lovely area and Horton Country Park and golf club are at the end of my road. I am flexible whether you want to stay the Friday or Sunday night as part of your 5 nights. Currently, there is a single bed with new mattress, but plently of room for a double bed and have a double bed I can put up for you if you prefer. There was some damage to the wall under the window, which i have filled and will paint. I have Unlimited fast fibre broadband and happy to share the lounge, which has OLED TV with Sky, Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc. In your room there is a tv/dvd with Amazon fire stick, (you can share my Netflix, etc), in the room, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, shelves, blanket box and bedside tables. Happy to remove anything you don't want and for you to move furniture about. South facing garden that you are free to enioy.. nearby to 2 Zone 6 stations with direct trains to central London, Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Waterloo. Walkable, short car ride or buses from top of my road to Ewell West Station, 1.5 miles, (waterloo 35mins) and Chessington North, 1.2miles, (waterloo 34mins). Also buses to Kingston or Epsom in either direction.. If you are driving I am near Tolworth for the A3 or Leatherhead for the A24 and Jn9 of M25. It's a very quiet Crescent with no through traffic and I have a drive, ok for 2 cars, yours and mine or plenty of space on the road prefer non-smoking, but if you are happy to smoke outside, that would be ok.
