Double room to rent in a modern farm style house set in its own grounds of aprox 2. 5 acres. situated 5 mins from Farnham town centre and 10 mins from m3 junction 5. Also close to fleet, farnham and guildford aprox 20-25minute drive away. This is a friendly laid back house with large modern modern kitchen, central bathroom (share with one other)large gardens and ample off road parking. we are looking for a clean tidy proffesional person(with no wierd hangups) who has their own social life looking for a great place to base themselves. we do have 3 small friendly dogs so must be dog friendly too.
