I have an attractive, just redecorated single room to let which is situated at the back of my 3 bedroom Edwardian cottage and overlooks the garden. It has a small washbasin in the room, single bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and dining room. The house is 4 minutes from Farncombe station and there are some local shops nearby. I am about 1 mile from Godalming town centre. I am a fairly easy going professional with a cat. I am looking for a clean, tidy and polite professional person in a full-time, permanent (not self-employed)job. There is no additional storage space.
