Hello. I've a large double room to let in a three bed end of terrace house.

This is large, well furnished house, with front and rear garden, plenty of parking, and close to some gorgeous countryside and breathtaking views.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed, drawers, and a huge fitted wardrobe. The house has virgin on-demand, tv and wireless broadband, and the kitchen has all mod cons.

The house is about a 30min walk from Farnham town centre, but the bus stop around the corner from the house takes you there in 10 minutes. Easy route to the M3, and A3, as well as getting to Farnborough, Guildford, or even London.

You would be sharing with two very friendly, easygoing professionals. Both have busy careers and active social lives, so are not around the house all the time.

For any couples interested, the cost of the room would be £750 inc. bills. I'm looking for a reliable, professional tenant who would compliment the current house mates.
