Single Room to rent in Farnham

I have a decent sized single room to rent in a ground floor flat in Farnham. Shared kitchen/ bathroom and large living room.

It is a 20-30 min walk into town and very close to Farnham Park. There is a large car park and overflow so always ample parking. The closest bus stop in 1 min away with buses going into Aldershot and Farnham (route 4/5).

The room is for single occupancy however your friends/ partner are welcome to come over to visit.

We like to keep the flat reasonably clean and tidy. Ideally you would usually clean as you go and be happy to help with household chores.

You would be free to make any adjustments to the wall colour, hang pictures or put curtains up if preferred to blinds.

We smoke in the flat so if you dislike smoking this room will not be suitable.
